Monique Doughty

Monique Doughty also known as “Nurse Mo” has an 8 year history as a Critical Care Registered Nurse. She transitioned her career as a bedside nurse to full time motivational speaker, digital influencer, travel host, and career and confidence coach.

Monique created the Resilient Nurse influencer program and scholarship to serve as support for healthcare workers. Her website has over 30 contributors that share their unique struggles, advice, accomplishments, and backgrounds in healthcare.

Her purpose is to motivate, uplift and empower women to remove limiting beliefs, her voice is to encourage her audience that their possibilities are limitless. She encourages those facing adversity to use this as a stepping stone to be resilient. Her audience has grown beyond nurses, to all women who need a push towards fearlessly believing in their self-worth and power.

Parisha Smith

As a passionate entrepreneur, healthcare professional, mom, and wife, Parisha Smith empowers those on the brink of change to live their most effervescent lives and to make self-care a priority. Parisha received her radiology degree in 2008 and has worked as a CT Technologist for over 10 years.

In 2016, Parisha co-created The Positivity Charge, focused on empowering and inspiring others by leading honest discussions about real topics and hosting wellness events across the country.
